Shipping

(IMPORTANT - Please ensure you read this carefully BEFORE placing your order)


1. Shipment

We will ship all items within 3 working days (72 hours) of receipt of cleared funds. If we are unable to do so we will contact you directly. We ship every working day. Please allow for seasonal variations for shipping, if you need goods for a specific date - please contact us to ensure that this is possible.


2. Packaging

Goods are shipped protected in bubble wrap and / or shredded paper and / or tissue paper - inside a sealed, sturdy cardboard shipping box or, for smaller or lighter items (i.e. many of our hats) inside a post safe extra strong mailing bag - if you require any additional packaging or for any special shipping requirements please contact us directly.


3a. UK Customers

We ship by Royal Mail First Class ‘Recorded Delivery’ (Signed for). If you are unable to take delivery of the package - it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office and held for 7 days. If you have not arranged re-delivery or collection after 7 days the package will be returned to us. If this happens we will request that you re-send us the postage costs in order that we may resend - otherwise this will be regarded as a returned item and the purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs (where applicable) and the ‘re-stocking fee’.

Bags - There is no additional charge for Postage & Packing to customers in the UK.

Hats - There is no additional charge for Postage & Packing to customers in the UK.


3b. European Customers

We ship by Royal Mail Airmail. It will take approximately 2 - 4 working days for delivery. Please note that customers from Europe may only order and pay using a credit / debit card via our website Streamline service.

Bags - Postage & Packing will be charged at £5.00 per bag and £2.50 for every subsequent bag purchased in one transaction.

Hats - Postage & Packing will be charged at £2.00 per hat and £1.00 for every subsequent hat purchased in one transaction.


3c. Customers in USA, Canada & the Rest of the World

(Royal Mail World Zones 1 & 2)

We ship by Royal Mail Airmail. It will take approximately 5 - 6 working days for the package to reach the United States / Canada, other destinations may take a day or two longer. Please note that customers from the United States, Canada and the Rest of the World may only order and pay using a credit / debit card via our website ‘Streamline’ service.

Bags - Postage & Packing will be charged at £7.50 per bag and £3.50 for every subsequent bag purchased in one transaction.

Hats - Postage & Packing will be charged at £3.00 per hat and £1.50 for every subsequent hat purchased in one transaction.

4. If Your Item Has Not Arrived

We send everything by Royal Mail. To assist us please allow 7 days (for UK mainland) or 14 days (all other addresses) from receipt of your payment (the date your account has been debited) before contacting us to chase your package.


5. Returns Policy

We want you to be really pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have received from us simply return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge and a 10% ‘re-stocking’ charge).
