Order policy
We cannot overstate the fact that all of the items we make are either limited editions (Jhasper label) or absolutely unique (Chris's Studio), and so once sold they are no longer available. The safest way therefore to ensure you obtain the item(s) you really desire, is to place your order securely via our website.
Orders placed via our website may only be paid for by debit/credit card via our SagePay service at the time of placing the order. There is no limit to the number of items that may be ordered via our website, but please be aware that the shipping costs will be added per item. It may also be appropriate to consult our wholesale page before placing your order for a number of items.
Customers in the UK only who wish to pay by cheque may do so by contacting us by telephone to place their order (please also see below), or by using our mail order service. The mail order form for this option may be requested by contacting us directly.

Wholesale Ordering
We are pleased to offer competitive wholesale pricing that differs from our online retail prices, based upon a minimum wholesale order quantity of 12 items. Please contact us for more details.
Until we have agreed Account terms with you and notified you in writing, all orders must be paid in full prior to us shipping our product to you. When payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Our email will also give you an idea of when your order will arrive at your store.
If the items you have ordered are all available 'from stock' we aim to ship within 3 working days from cleared receipt of your payment. Wholesale customers should note that such items will only be held for a maximum of 7 days from the date we send you our invoice pending receipt of your payment. After this time the order will be considered cancelled and the items will be returned 'to stock'.
However, if we are making items specifically for you shipment of your order may take up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your payment. (Receipt of your payment means funds cleared into our account).
After you have re-ordered from us a minimum of three times you may request Account terms, which will be strictly net 30 days from the end of the month of date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy
We want you to be really pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return them within 7 days of receipt for either:
• An exchange - please note that any additional Delivery / P&P costs incurred will be payable by the customer,
• A refund - which will be the amount you paid minus the delivery / P&P costs and a 10% 're-stocking' charge.
We do not exchange OR refund any items that have been 'Tailor Made' to a customers specific instructions, unless it is agreed that they are damaged or faulty.
To qualify for an exchange or refund the goods MUST be unused and in resalable condition. Once inspected by us we'll either contact you to confirm which item(s) you would like in exchange, or we'll refund the amount due within 28 days.
If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge. The 10% 're-stocking charge' does not apply in these circumstances.
When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting and/or any suitable insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent any damage in transit. Please include your name, address, your order reference number (if applicable), our Invoice number and Product Code number, the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

Distance Selling Regulations
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations customers who purchase via our website have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel their purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund including any original postage costs, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. Please note we require all items must be fit for resale. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
