Order policy
We cannot overstate the fact that all of the items we make are either limited editions (Jhasper label) or absolutely unique (Chris’s Studio), and so once sold they are no longer available. The safest way therefore to ensure you obtain the item(s) you really desire, is to place your order securely via our website.
Orders placed via our website may only be paid for by debit/credit card via our Streamline service at the time of placing the order. Customer may order any quantity of bags or hats via our website. Customers may also order as many Jhasper or Jhemima Bears as they wish, but each Bear ordered will be shipped as a separate order. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your requirements for Bears in more detail.
Customers in the UK only who wish to pay by cheque may do so by contacting us by telephone to place their order (please also see below), or by using our mail order service. The mail order form for this option may be requested by contacting us directly.
Customers in the UK only may order by telephone. We will be happy to process your payment by credit/debit card to secure your selection. However you may also pay by cheque, but customers wishing to do so must ensure that we receive full payment (cheque received and funds cleared into our account) within 7 days of receipt of the telephoned order. Goods ordered in this way will not be held for more than 7 days pending full receipt of payment.

Returns Policy
We want you to be really pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge and a 10% ‘re-stocking’ charge).
To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unopened and/or unused, and in resalable condition, once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount via the same method you paid within 28 days.
If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge. The 10% ‘re-stocking charge’ does not apply in these circumstances.
When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting and/or any suitable insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, your order reference number (if applicable), our Invoice number and Product Code number, the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

Distance Selling Regulations
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus original postage costs and you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. Please note all items must be fit for resale. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
