You may choose from our existing products available, or commission items from our own designs (without re-creating any ‘originals’ we may have already created of course), or together we can create fabulous designs unique to your business. We are pleased to offer our full range of services to meet your requirements and promise we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

We will respond to your enquiry promptly with a view to setting up a meeting, or a time to speak with you by telephone on a more personal level. This will allow us to explore together your requirements in more detail, and will give you the opportunity to modify designs, discuss options for fabrics and fittings, and allow us to answer any general questions you may have.

We are pleased to offer competitive wholesale pricing that differs from our online retail prices, based upon a minimum wholesale order quantity of 12 items. Please contact us for more details. Until we have agreed Account terms with you, all orders must be paid in full prior to us shipping our product to you. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs will be determined upon processing your order, and will include charges for insurance. Our policy is to ship wholesale orders by Parcelforce 48 service for all UK customers, and by Parcelforce International Standard service for all overseas customers. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the package. Shipping charges will be listed separately on your invoice.

When payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Our email will also give you an idea of when your product will arrive at your store. If the items you have ordered are all available 'from stock' we aim to ship within 3 working days from cleared receipt of your payment. However, if we are making items specifically for your order this may take up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your payment.
